Tomorrow is the third Saturday of the month. Let us come before the Lord and pray. If you are near by and can join me, that is great. Otherwise please gather with a few brothers and sisters to pray. The Lord is with us.
1. Pray that our brothers and sisters be persistent in reading the Bible through in one year. We are at the Book of Numbers. Soon the most difficult part will be over. Again, concentrate on what you can understand, on what God is revealing to you. Do not demand yourselves to know everything at once. Look up references or ask others later on if necessary. Pray, and read on, the Spirit may come and guide you. Pray that our brothers and sisters do read Bible every day and encourage one another to go on. I attached the schedule again on this e-mail. I’ve added Chinese names of the books beside English to the schedule.
2. Pray that our churches in Pennsylvania (Allentown, Western Philadelphia, and Philadelphia) are strengthened. Pray that our brothers and sisters will personally invite friends to come to Sunday worships, and even pick them up on the way to church. Pray that we are not ashamed of the Gospel. A homeless brother Joe has been coming regularly to Philadelphia Church. Chiwei brought him a birthday cake the other day. He was a construction worker and will get pension soon. Pray that he will no longer homeless soon.
3. Pray that our “missionaries” Dongmei and Jennie in Shanghai are blessed by God. Pray that 100 new house churches will be established there. Pray that God will raise up many servant leaders. Praise the Lord for giving Jennie the opportunity to travel to Nanging. She was able to visit Tang Sheng’s family. Praise the Lord for us to care one another.
4. Praise the Lord Taipei has recently multiplied several small groups. Pray that God will bring more people to Sunday worship. Praise the Lord for Chiachen and Kuowhei’s daughter Rebecca.

(Rebecca)
5. Praise the Lord for establishing the relationship between Taoyuan church plant and surrounding residential community. Pray that more volunteers get involved. Pray that the Lord will strengthen Kaoshung’s small group.
6. Pray for Bruno who is establishing Channel of Blessings in Nottingham, England. Pray that Friendship circular can soon extended to Fellowship. Pray that new friends will help in starting new small groups.

(Party at Bruno’s apartment)
7. The Lord mysteriously brought Cindy of PCF Philadelphia to San Jose. Wenhua of Allentown is moving there too on 2/22. Two of my most gifted nephews, nieces Henry and Sandee are there. Is God going to do something there? A campus of PCCL? Pray that God’s will be done.
8. Praise the Lord we had the first Annual Commence Celebration last Saturday for Pioneer Christian College of Leadership (PCCL), New York Campus. It was a beautiful celebration. The record snow storm (26 inches) in New York did not deter us. 11 brothers and sisters completed the first year training and honored with Practical Ministry Diploma. May the Lord plant 100 new churches in New York through PCCL. The first one is already meeting in Flushing.

(good job Angela)

(Yes, dinner is always very important)

(Pastor Boekstaaf of Brooklyn Tabernacle key note speaks. Pastor Allen Chang translates. Both of them are friends of Philip. God seems to matching us up for further ministries.)

(A very anointed worship team)

(Sister Lily's father Pastor Kao, handing diploma to James, who is a church planter with Philip at Flushing, NY.)

(Brother Hong is setting his eyes in planting in Brooklyn, NY)

(Sister Lily and Pastor Boekstaaf. 100 churches in New York??)
Sorry, I forgot to take a picture for myself.
With Christ's love,
Philip
